L is for Lame

L is for Lame.

The word lame is used as a way to describe how stupid or un-original something is; like this post. I don't know about any of you but I've seen some lame movies and TV shows. I've heard some lame music. Then there's the lame joke or story line of a book.

However, lame is used to describe a person or animal that has been injured. Usually lame is used when it comes to a limb injury like a leg, arm or wing. One example that comes to mind most often is when lame is used in referring to a horse.

Those are the two things I know of for how lame is used in our vocabulary these days.

  2. I wrote a lame post on my WP blog today. Hahaha, but I'm not only lame, I'm also late. The post combined J&K. Now I have to write my L post over there. At least I'm keeping up (kind of) on my Blogger blog, though there are a few lame posts on it too.
